Midsummer Iced Tea

Ingredients

  • 8 bags of black tea (or any tea you prefer)

  • 12 sprigs of mint

  • 1 cup of sugar

  • 1/2 cup of fresh orange juice

  • 1/2 cup of fresh lemon juice

  • A few slices of oranges

Steps

  1. Pour 8 cups of boiling water in a container with the tea bags. Place springs of mint inside it and let it steep for 8 minutes.

  2. Discard the tea bags and mint, and stir in sugar. Stir in the fresh cup of orange juice and lemon juice. Let it cool.

  3. Refrigerate it, or pour it over glasses of ice. Garnish it with slices of orange and mint sprigs. Served best on the terrace with your loved ones.
